As Puffs (the play) production is underway, the tech team makes great progress in constructing the set. Ever since August 20th when Mr. Bender announced the play, the tech crew has been hard at work brainstorming, designing, and building the set. Although the tech team has not begun working on the sound and light design much, the set has seen tremendous progress, being almost fully complete structurally, with just some adjustments and finishing touches remaining.
Four days a week the play gets together, with the tech crew working either behind the stage or around the stage when given the chance. Slowly but surely the set began coming together. Despite there being lots of progress in constructing the set, it has had a strain on some of the tech crew, student Jonathan Wernick (‘26) stating “I’m so done” when asked about how he felt with all the work, similarly, another tech student Calum McClymont (‘26) said “I’m glad we’re almost done, this is a lot” when asked the same thing. As the set nears completion, the tech team will be moving into practicing set changes as well as light and sound design.
